Ocean Infinity’s Armada 7806 has commenced its search for MH370 at the first of three hot spots it has designated.
The ship has slowed to 0.4kts and has back tracked twice through the night.
According to Richard Godfrey the depth at the current location of 43.62849S 93.67308E is 4,658m and is about 20km from the 7th arc.

Its drift analysis covers a much larger area and it was its work that directed wreck hunter Blaine Gibson to find debris on the East African coast and surrounding islands.
